12 Therefore, I will always remind you about these things—even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth you have been taught. 13 And it is only right that I should keep on reminding you as long as I live.
Why is it important to constantly revisit truths from Scripture that we "know"? Reflecting on and revisiting Biblical truths:

(3) Helps our forgetfulness
(4) Can renew our passion
(5) Reminds us of God's faithfulness
(6) Helps measure our progress
(7) Requires a commitment to Bible reading
(8) Can correct us when we are wrong
(9) Reminds us to keep striving for godliness
